Q: Can the technicians at
BACKUP TAXI
identify or open any of my files stored on your servers?
A: No. Your files are encrypted on your computer using a
password key that is known only to you and anyone you choose to give it to.
The file names assigned to your files when they are stored on our
servers are uniquely created and give no indication of what is
inside your files.
Q: What happens if my
Internet connection goes down or the
BACKUP TAXI
servers go offline or become disabled?
A: As soon as the disruption is fixed, your backup will
continue where it left off or a fresh new backup will be made
Q: Can I use
BACKUP TAXI
to safeguard my precious jewellery and cash?
A: In a word, no. |
